Research On The Optimizaton Of The Supply Chain Of The Cross Border E-commerce

Under the background of the downtrend of china's export and import trade,the cross border e-commerce,promoted by the government,is showing the strong economic vitality and market demand.Since 2013,the pilot cities of cross border e-commerce,such as Shanghai,Chongqing,Hangzhou,Ningbo,Zhengzhou,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Tianjin,etc,have been approved and developed.E-commerce plate form,supervision department,supply chain and the brand have groped a way and gained tremendous achievement during the policy implementation.However,with the rapid growth of transaction volume,the connection problem between upstream and downstream in the supply chain of the cross border e-commerce in the center of the e-business and other problems,such as the lack of supply chain management,poor process efficiency,etc become more obvious.Therefore,in the current situation,cross border e-commerce is facing the challenge and subject that how to optimize industry supply chain,improve the logistic efficiency.In this thesis,the current situation of cross border e-commerce is analyzed,the advantage and disadvantage of various supply chain mode and the pain points of the supply china of the present e-business platform are compared.At the same time,the differentiations of the imported customs clearance mode are in depth study.Marco and specific factors which may influence the supply chain are parsed.Consequently,the supply chain optimization of cross border ecommerce is proposed to assist the different scale cross border e-commerce to adopt the suitable supply chain mode.There are six chapters in the thesis.Chapter 1 is the introduction.The background of the study and practical meaning of the research of the supply chain optimization of the cross border e-commerce are introduced.Meanwhile,study methods of supply chain optimization and framework structure of the thesis are mentioned.Chapter 2 is the theoretical overview of the cross border e-commerce and supply chain.The relevant theories including theoretical evolution process of cross border e-commerce,differences between traditional cross border trade and cross border e-commerce,and supply chain management are presented.Chapter 3 is the current analysis of the supply chain of cross border e-commerce.The differences of supply chain modes and imported customs clearance modes among the different cross border e-commerce enterprises are analyzed.Chapter 4 is the analysis of effect factors of supply chain management of cross border e-commerce,which is divided into macro effect factors analysis and specific factor analysis.Chapter 5 is the optimization proposals of supply chain of cross border e-commerce,which consists of four optimization directions.At the same time,taking enterprise A as a case,the specific measures on how to optimize the supply chain of enterprise A are analyzed in detail.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and outlook.The outlook of the future development of supply chain of the cross border e-commerce is briefly introduced under the current policy changing situation.
