Research On International Cooperation Of Agriculture In Lianyungang City Under The Background Of “The Belt And Road” Initiative

Agricultural trade and agricultural exchanges have been an important field of cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road since ancient times.At present,agriculture is still an important foundation for developing the national economy of countries and regions along the Belt and Road,and promoting agricultural cooperation is still the common aspiration of countries and regions along the Belt and Road.Since the "Belt and Road" Initiative was put forward,China and countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative have actively carried out industrial docking in the agricultural field,strengthened agricultural trade exchanges,continuously expanded the fields of international agricultural cooperation,continuously enriched the cooperation subjects and cooperation modes,and continuously extended the cooperation chain take agricultural international cooperation as the bond,and achieved remarkable results in international agricultural cooperation.But affected by multiple factors at home and abroad,there are still many problems in the field of international agricultural cooperation.Only by solving these problems can we make breakthroughs and step up the opening up of China’s agriculture.Lianyungang is an important agricultural base in China,an important node city in the construction of "One Belt and One Road",and a bridge connecting China and the world trade.Vigorously developing international agricultural cooperation is of ineffable significance for promoting agricultural trade in Lianyungang city,boosting local agricultural economy and realizing rural revitalization.In recent years,as the implement of "area" initiative and agricultural policy-making deployment of the construction of the international cooperation,actively using location advantage in Lianyungang,using "area" construction to promote agricultural development,strengthen the agricultural international cooperation with other countries,to speed up the solid all the way "area" strong protection status,agriculture two-way open cooperation has made greater progress.In 2017,after the first batch of national agricultural opening and cooperation pilot zones were approved by the state in Lianyungang,Lianyungang took the "One Belt and One Road" as the entry point and relied on the national agricultural "going global" strategy to undertake the task of piloting agricultural international cooperation policies,and achieved remarkable results in agricultural international cooperation.However,in the process of agricultural development,there are still some problems,such as low agricultural industrialization,weak agricultural resources,weak agricultural subjects,and great risks of international cooperation.Therefore,it is urgent to further deepen agricultural cooperation with foreign countries and highlight the status of high-quality agriculture as an open door.This thesis,on the basis of carding literature,combining with the mission of developing agriculture in Lianyungang international cooperation state,analyses the current situation of the development of agriculture in Lianyungang international cooperation,using the factor analysis method to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural development level of international cooperation,and by using the index system,In this thesis,the development level of international agricultural cooperation in Lianyungang city is compared and analyzed from both horizontal and vertical levels,and the countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the development level of international agricultural cooperation in Lianyungang city are put forward based on the evaluation results and existing problems.Research shows that the development level of international agricultural cooperation in Lianyungang city has improved significantly in recent years,and the score of development level ranks fifth,indicating that Lianyungang city has certain advantages in the development of international agricultural cooperation,and the development level of international agricultural cooperation is in a relatively leading position.The horizontal evaluation results show that Lianyungang is in a relatively leading position in the development level of international agricultural cooperation compared with other sample cities,but there is still a big gap between Lianyungang and Xuzhou and other strong agricultural cities.The result of longitudinal evaluation shows that Lianyungang does not pay much attention to the green development of agriculture in the process of international agricultural cooperation,and further efforts are needed to improve the development level of international agricultural cooperation.In the next step,the development level of international agricultural cooperation in Lianyungang city should be further improved by expanding open agricultural subjects,making innovative agriculture,improve the level of agricultural industrialization,establishing ecological circular agriculture and avoiding the risks of international agricultural cooperation.
