Research On Risk Identification And Avoidance Strategies Of Jiangsu Transnational Enterprises Under The Background Of "Belt And Road Initiative"

Since President Xi Jinping put forward the “Belt and Road Initiative”,China expanded and "neighbourhood" all the way along the channels of cooperation between the countries and regions,and constantly expanding range of cooperation,continue to expand investment to countries and regions along the purpose,the internationalization of Chinese enterprises is becoming more and more in-depth and transnational business scope expanding,but at the same time,Influenced by political,economic,cultural and other factors in different countries,Chinese enterprises face more diversified and complex risks in the process of transnational operation,and the production and operation activities of transnational enterprises are facing great uncertainty.Jiangsu is located at one important intersection of "Belt and Road Initiative" construction.over recent years,to actively implement the central decision-making to deploy and work requirements,give full play to the Jiangsu province of the comparative advantages of the open economy development,In the cooperation and exchanges between countries and regions,actively promote "neighborhood relations" along the way,and depth of pushing forward the construction of the “Belt and Road Initiative” booster "neighbourhood" all the way along the enterprises in the province of countries and regions set up a special economic zone,the investment,While the transnational operation of enterprises has achieved obvious results,various risks are also increasing.Based on this,"Belt and Road Initiative" and the other are the risks faced by Jiangsu enterprises in the process of transnational operation.The thesis also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to avoid risks effectively in Jiangsu enterprises.in order to provide practical and effective help for Jiangsu enterprises to better "go global".It also provides reference for enterprises in other regions of China to effectively avoid risks in the process of transnational operation.In this thesis,on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the literature of both at home and abroad,in the enterprise in Jiangsu province has carried on the induction analysis of the status quo of transnational operation,and combining the risk types,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method constructed by political risk,economic risk,operational risk and other indicators of enterprises transnational operation risk evaluation index system.Then,taking the case of Hongdou Group establishing a special zone in Sihanoukville Port of Cambodia as a case study,the thesis evaluates the political,economic and cultural risks that the case may face with the risk evaluation index system of transnational operation.Finally,Combined with the situation "Belt and Road Initiative",and the characteristics of Jiangsu’s transnational enterprises,this thesis puts forward the strategies for Jiangsu enterprises to prevent the risks of transnational operation from the macro and micro levels.At the macro level,it is suggested to clarify the bilateral political situation,properly handle the relationship with human resource organizations,and respect local customs and customs.At the micro level,it is suggested to establish a good corporate image,abide by local laws and regulations,set up emergency response departments,optimize the internal structure of enterprises,and establish a sound epidemic prevention mechanism,so as to better prevent various risks faced by enterprises in transnational operations and help enterprises better "go global".
