| The concept of "Internet +" promotes the integration of the Internet and all walks of life,and changes the environment and organization of traditional industries through technical support.In the context of "Internet +",the use of Internet technology in the online tourism industry has brought new value growth points in terms of operation management and innovation process compared to traditional tourism.From "platform","drainage" to "online tourism ecosystem" with "win-win cooperation" as the core,the online tourism industry has formed its unique value delivery method.In recent years,new companies in the online travel category have continued to emerge,which has also intensified competition in the industry.The new crown pneumonia epidemic in early 2020 has brought a strong impact on the tourism industry.The integration of Internet technology and tourism is more closely,which makes it more theoretical and practical significance to explore the influencing factors of "Internet +" on the value of online tourism enterprises and to reasonably evaluate the value of online tourism enterprises.At present,for online travel companies,there is still a lack of suitable valuation methods.Therefore,starting from the value creation process of online travel enterprises,analyzing the value influencing factors of the online travel industry is a means to improve the applicability of valuation methods.Through literature research,it is found that in the context of "Internet +",users are the source of value for online tourism companies.This paper selects the DEVA model with user value as the core,analyzes the value logic framework of the online travel industry,and selects appropriate value influencing factors to revise the DEVA model.In this paper,Tongcheng Travel Holdings Co.,Ltd.is the case study object,analyzes its value creation process,and considers the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic on the number of active users of online travel companies in 2020,using the revised DEVA model to evaluate its corporate value.This paper believes that compared with the traditional enterprise value evaluation method,the revised DEVA model pays more attention to the value creation process of online tourism enterprises.It can better reflect the characteristics of enterprises’ grasp of user value when formulating strategies,and also reflects the characteristics of online tourism enterprises’ value.Therefore,the evaluation results are more accurate than traditional methods. |
