A prosperous life for rural residents is the ultimate goal of rural revitalization.Providing farmers with a sustainable and stable source of income and raising their income level have become a landmark indicator of rural revitalization. As the economic development has entered the new normal,China’s agriculture has entered the stage of transformation and upgrading. The traditional extensive agricultural production mode has been unable to meet farmers’ needs for sustained and stable income growth, making it more difficult for farmers to increase their income, and it is extremely urgent to find a new income increase path for farmers. In 2015,the integrated development of rural three industries was put forward as a new way to increase farmers’ income.Since then, the state has successively launched a number of policy documents to encourage the integrated development of rural industries, tertiary industries and other industries.Various parts of the country have begun to actively explore new models of rural industry integration, and many demonstration and pilot projects have emerged. In addition,it should be realized that the agricultural development foundation and development characteristics are different in different regions of China, and the regional heterogeneity is obvious. The income increase effect brought by rural industry integration also has certain uncertainty. Therefore, analyzing the mechanism of rural industry convergence on farmers’ income, empirically testing the income increase effect of rural industry convergence and analyzing the regional heterogeneity factors are conducive to promoting the in-depth development of rural industry convergence and realizing farmers’ income increase to a greater extent. In this paper,by studying the relevant literature, such as complementary resources theory, innovation theory as theoretical support,in the current our country rural industrial convergence development situation, the farmers’ income, the paper analyzed the status quo, first by using mixed regression, fixed effects and random effects regression method empirically rural industry fusion effect on farmers’ income.Second, final inspection of its main effect on farmers’ income path, considering the difference between macro environmental factors between regions in China, rural industry convergence is likely to have regional heterogeneity on farmers’ income effect,so choose corresponding index to reflect rural manpower, financial and other levels, and use it as a threshold variable threshold effect inspection,In order to further explore the difference of macro-environmental factors in different regions on the impact of rural industry integration income. The results show that :(1)rural industrial integration has a significant and positive impact on farmers’ income, which can effectively promote the increase of farmers’ income, promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industries, and achieve rural revitalization.(2)The integration of rural industries can increase farmers’ income through the following three paths: one is to improve the output and quality of agricultural products through internal integration of agriculture;Second,by extending agricultural industry chain and developing new forms of business in rural areas,we can broaden farmers’ income channels.Third, through the transfer of rural labor force, optimize the employment structure. These three paths can drive the increase of farmers’ income to some extent, which also shows that the income effect of rural industry integration is multi-channel and all-round.(3)The income increase effect of rural industrial convergence has regional heterogeneity, and the differences of macro environmental factors such as human capital, financial support, industrial base and urbanization level will affect the income increase effect of rural industrial convergence.
