Research On Optimization Of Total Budget Management In T Power Company

The State Grid Corporation of China is directly managed by the central government,which is an extremely large and important state-owned backbone enterprise directly related to the country’s energy security and the control of the lifeblood of the national economy.With the implementation of the power market trading policy,the power monopoly has been completely broken down,it is urgent to improve the competitiveness of the State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)under the new situation by opening up sources and reducing expenses.As an important means of internal control,comprehensive budget management can not only enhance the management level and competitiveness,but also control the whole operation of the company,moreover,it is beneficial to realize the maximization of enterprise benefit and the lean management level.Based on the current situation of T electric power company’s overall budget management,this paper adopts the methods of Literature Analysis,Case Analysis,field investigation and questionnaire investigation,according to the train of thought of finding,analyzing and solving problems,study and explore optimization measures.From the meaning,characteristics,content,types,processes and other aspects of the overall budget management analysis of the overall budget management process analysis.Through the method of questionnaire investigation,the internal organization,personnel and budget management of T electric power company are investigated,combined with T Electric Power Company Organization System,content,preparation process,implementation and control,assessment and evaluation analysis,the application status of comprehensive budget management is analyzed,this paper probes into the problems existing in three aspects of budget preparation,work operation and analysis and evaluation in the overall budget management of T power company,this paper puts forward nine optimization measures and four safeguard measures from three aspects of optimizing budget making,improving operation efficiency and strengthening analysis and evaluation,providing guarantee for long-term development of T power company.
