| With the development of society,high-tech enterprises have an increasingly significant role in supporting social and economic development.Under the background of the continuous improvement of the overall development quality of China’s economic development,high-tech enterprises grow up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,and the competition of enterprises in the market is becoming more and more fierce.Competition between enterprises,in the final analysis,is the competition of talent.Therefore,in enterprises,the role and status of employees are becoming more and more important,especially in high-tech enterprises,the impact of knowledge-based employees on enterprises is very obvious.If enterprises want to develop steadily in the society and gradually achieve long-term strategic goals,they need the support of relevant talents.The way to improve the stability of the talent team,to strengthen the talent cultivation ability of the enterprise,and to promote their work potential have become the key issues that high-tech enterprises must consider.Therefore,the study of the practical problems of employee career management is not only conducive to the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises,but also of great significance to the construction of talent team management of high-tech enterprises.This paper takes L company as the representative object of high-tech enterprises,and focuses on the optimization of employee career management.First,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the research objectives of optimizing the current employee career management of L Company,using literature analysis,questionnaire,interview investigation and case study methods.The research contents of each section are as follows:Second,on the basis of elaborating the differences in employee career management of domestic and foreign enterprises,the objectives and ideas of the research are expounded,the technical route of empirical case study on the current employee career management of L Company is determined,and the focus and research methods of the research are established.On the basis of sorting out the relevant research literature at home and abroad,the previous research views and related theories are summarized,the existing relevant theories and research results are summarized,and the existing research deficiency is analyzed.Using the literature method,clarify the basic theoretical framework involved in this paper,analyze the conceptual connotation of employee-post matching theory,career anchor theory,career development stage theory,career motivation theory and the guiding theory,take Mc Donald’s and Huawei employees,get the corresponding inspiration from the recruitment experience,personnel promotion experience,personnel incentive experience and personnel cultivation experience.Thirdly,taking L company as an example,it expounds the development process,status quo,characteristics and limitations of the high-tech industry,as well as the characteristics and limitations of the career development of employees in this industry.Based on the basis of management theory,L company analyzes the management status,development strategy and objectives of employees’ career.L company in order to better adapt to the needs of industry development and talent competition,developed human resource management mechanism,and will activate employees’ work potential,work responsibility consciousness,creative ability,innovation ability as the core goal of human resource management,aims to make employees personal goals and organizational goals are fully achieve and combination.Fourth,further introduce the specific practice of L company in career planning,and take L company as the research object,using the form of questionnaire analysis and interview survey.Then from the staff career management direction,talent selection mechanism,incentive mechanism and other aspects,summed up the main achievements and shortcomings of career management.Fifth,on the basis of experience and inspiration,put forward countermeasures to solve the existing problems of L Company.Sixth,the academic summary of the paper research,summed up the basic theory of the paper research,main contributions,shortcomings and prospects. |
