In the development and management of human resources,the career management of talents is very important to the strategic development of enterprises.The career development channel is not only the prerequisite for enterprises to formulate careers for employees,but also the main way to achieve their personal career development goals.As a banking insurance company,Company G has put forward new requirements for human resources development in the face of the critical period of market business transformation and the serious lack of internal talents.This paper analyzes the current situation of the dual-channel career development of employees in G Company,and through the research route of raising,analyzing,and solving problems,this paper strives to find a career development channel that matches the strategic needs of G company and meets the development needs of employees.First,this paper refers to large numbers of human resource management,talent training,career management,and other documents.After systematically studying the theory of career anchors,career development channel and related research in China and abroad,this paper finds the support theoretical and open the research ideas,and put forward the importance of perfecting and improving employees' career development channels.Secondly,it introduces in detail the industry overview,operating status,organizational structure,and career development of G company,and tell the current trouble faced by G company.Thirdly,by asking employees questions and interviews with the management,the survey results and interviews were sorted and analyzed,which provides the basis and data support for the current situation of the vertical career development channels and horizontal career development channels of G company,and focuses on explaining and discussing the problems existing in the respective models of vertical career development channel and horizontal career development channel,and deeply excavates the causes of the double-channel problems of vertical career development channel and horizontal career development channel in G Company.Finally,given the shortcomings of G company's vertical career development channel and horizontal career development channel,this paper puts forward the improvement goal,improvement principle,and the scheme of optimizing G company's career development dual channel.This paper analyzes and studies the dual channels of employee career development of G company,including the proposed improvement measures,which has certain reference value for the construction of employee career development channel in G Company,and for the construction of talent team in G Company and stimulating the ability of talent innovation.It has a certain practical significance to continuously improve the vitality of the organization.
