Research On Tax Declaration Management In W County Of Inner Mongolia

Tax administration is an important part of national public governance in the financial and economic fields.Promoting the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity is a major strategic task of the Party and the state.Tax declaration management is one of the most basic work of tax administration,which affects the quality and effect of tax administration.In the new period,the overall tax management ability of Inner Mongolia grass-roots tax department has not been fully modernized,and there is even a big gap.In particular,the existence of outstanding problems in tax declaration management directly or indirectly affects the tax administration level of tax authorities.This paper studies the practical problems existing in the tax declaration management of the tax authorities and their causes,to provide thinking and methods for effectively improving the overall capacity and level of tax administration of grassroots tax authorities in Inner Mongolia.Through the collection and study on tax management,tax returns related literature in the new period,the more comprehensive understanding of the basic connotation of tax administration,and how to realize the modernization of tax management concept and theory,the ways and methods for tax declaration system,reporting,filing management and so on have a more detailed understanding and grasp.On the basis of W county in Inner Mongolia tax returns management problems that exist in the practical work as the main content of study,using the data statistical analysis method,to analyze the related tax data comparison,at the same time,combined with the form of questionnaire,interview,field visit to the tax authority main business tax cadres,enterprise group of financial,tax officers,It found the problems in the management of tax declaration,such as the management concept,modernized tax administration ability,the degree of internal talent specialization,the participation and cooperation degree of taxpayers,compliance degree and so on,and analyzed the causes of the problems from the perspective of concept,informatization ability,human resources allocation and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of tax declaration management.The results of this paper show that tax declaration management is an important part of tax management,and it affects the modernization of tax management.The research of this paper enriches the practice of public governance theory in the field of tax management,and provides a solution for tax declaration.
