Research On The Promotion Strategy Of District Financial Supervision

As an important part of the national financial management system,districtlevel financial departments are also the cornerstone of the direct interaction between various financial policies and their administrative counterparts.At present,the research on financial supervision mainly focuses on theoretical exploration and general financial supervision,but there is little research in the narrow sense with the financial department as the main body of law enforcement.Based on district-level finance department working practice,combined with indepth interviews to collect data,from the perspective of special fiscal supervision and district-level finance supervision and management of the existing problems and causes,and to explore the district-level finance supervision and management of the relevant policies.In order to enhance the level of district-level fiscal supervision and management,further play to the financial supervision and provide the reference.Combining with the situation at district level,using literature research method,case analysis method,interview analysis method and other research methods to actually carry out in-depth supervision and research on the financial management of Beijing area.The status quo of district financial management,showing the operation of district-level finance,and starting from four aspects:subject,method and content,institutional norms,and human security,it analyzes the current inspection coverage of district-level financial supervision.Based on the legislative level,the applicability of the applicable law system,financial supervision and management of the scope,budget supervision,supervision in whole life cycle,large data linkage mechanism and so on reasons,from the financial supervision and law enforcement basis,optimize financial supervision process,promote the financial supervision,strengthening the application effect of fiscal supervision four aspects proposed the district-level finance supervision and management of the promotion strategy.On this basis,the paper discusses the guarantee measures of constructing effective system guarantee system,constructing high standard organization guarantee from various angles,and building efficient and accurate information support system.
