In September2008, the subprime crisis occurs in the United States, which results in aglobal financial crisis eventually. The main reason of the crisis is the lack of effectivefinancial supervision. And from the point of view of world financial supervisiondevelopment, countries will carry the measures of large-scale financial supervision afterthe crisis, because relax supervision to financial crises, realize the importance ofsupervision, then control again after the crisis. Therefore, counties recognize the financialsupervision after the crisis, reform the financial regulatory, to perfect the system of thefinancial supervision, and to prevent and control the financial crisis.The United States, Britain, and the European Union represent the differentcharacteristics of the financial regulatory system, as the developed countries or region inthe world, the reform plan of financial supervision which introduced by them has greatimpact on the future development of financial supervision, and represents the trend anddirection of future development of financial supervision. The system of our financialsupervision still falls behind, the financial supervision have been interfered by thegovernment, and of very strict supervision. Although has resisted the impact of thisfinancial crisis, our country’s supervised system still has many problems. With the furtherdeepen of the financial internationalization, mixes operation will become the trend of thefinancial development, the sepecialized supervision system of our country will hinder thedevelopment of the financial industry. With the help of financial regulatory reform in allcountries after the crisis, drawing on foreign experience, perfects our country’s financialregulatory system, which has important practical significance.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, mainly introduces thebackground and significance of research, and makes the briefly comments on the researchat home and abroad, expounds the main research contents, innovation points etc. Thesecond chapter, mainly introduced the related theory of financial supervision, this is thetheoretical basis of the thesis. The third chapter, review the supervision system in theUnited States, Britain, and the European Union before the financial crisis, and to further research and evaluation, as the basis of the financial regulatory reform.The fourth chapter,analysis the financial regulatory reform measures of United States, Britain and theEuropean Union, and undertake evaluating to its. The fifth chapter, puts forward the goalof financial supervision reform, to realize the goals should be point three steps.
