Study On The Planning And Design Of Agricultural Modernization Demonstration Area In Wugou Town,Suixi County

With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of agriculture and rural areas has entered a new stage.The important strategic guidance for realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is to follow the principle of planning first and to the formulation of scientific plans.In the thesis,firstly,through literature method and theoretical method,the relevant materials about the development of agricultural modernization demonstration area are sorted out to determine the principles,ideas and key points of planning and implementation in Wugou Town,an agricultural modernization demonstration area.Secondly,through the method of field investigation,the conditions,opportunities and challenges of agricultural development in Wugou Town are fully grasped after going deep into Wugou Town and its surrounding areas for many times.Then,through interviews and research,the relevant data of Wugou Town are mastered,which provides data support for the planning of Wugou Town agricultural modernization demonstration area.Finally,based on the above research process,the core positioning of Wugou Town’s agricultural modernization development is proposed.That is,"the region of rivers and lakes in the north of Anhui,and the prosperity of Wugou Town".Taking "agriculture" as the theme and "water" as the ink,the planning of the agricultural modernization demonstration area in Suixi County is formulated.The specific plans are as follows:First,digital high-standard farmland construction should be carried out,and the “1+5”agricultural products should be developed simultaneously.That is,based on the breeding of improved wheat varieties,the corn,peanuts,sorghum,sesame and sunflower seeds should be planted.At the same time,facility agriculture should be developed,including green grape planting base,green strawberry planting base,special vegetables planting base and so on.Second,taking the integration of agriculture with the characteristics of aquatic ecological aquaculture and leisure tourism as the theme,the modern fishery areas should be developed.Modern fishing areas include the fishing and tourism,polyculture of rice and fishing,intensive fish ponds and recreational fisheries,reflecting the "water" culture of Wugou.Third,livestock breeding should be developed.It mainly includes pig breeding,beef cattle breeding,poultry and egg breeding and other industries.Fourth,comprehensive support should be realized,planning to revitalize agricultural construction land and create a circular agricultural area.According to the above industrial planning,the operation mode of Wugou Town agricultural modernization demonstration zone is further proposed.From the perspective of scientific planning,Wugou Town should speed up the brand building,improve the ability to attract investment,train the main body of agricultural management,design the diversified marketing mode for agricultural products and improve the supervision system.Measures on implementation subject,technology,talents and funds are put forward to improve the construction and management system of Wugou Town agricultural demonstration area,promote agricultural modernization and upgrade of Wugou Town,so as to build it into a model demonstration area for rural revitalization and Huaibei agricultural modernization.
