Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Fosun Pharma From The Perspective Of Corporate Social Responsibility

In recent years,the lack of social responsibility problems such as "poisonous capsules" and "fake vaccines" have appeared in the development of pharmaceutical companies,which have brought negative impacts to the society.The state and the public are paying more and more attention to the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.However,at present,most of the reports disclosed by pharmaceutical companies reflect the economic responsibilities undertaken by the company,ignoring the responsibilities to employees,consumers,the environment and other stakeholders,or separating economic responsibilities from social responsibilities,all of which cannot be fully reflected.The performance of an enterprise is not convenient for some stakeholders to judge the status of the enterprise and supervise its behavior,which hinders the healthy development of the enterprise.Based on this,establish a corporate performance evaluation system from the perspective of social responsibility,explore and analyze corporate social responsibility performance,and make the performance displayed by the company more comprehensive.This paper selects Fosun Pharma as a case study.Firstly,the financial status and social responsibility performance of Fosun Pharma are summarized.Then,it expounds the necessity of building a performance evaluation system from the perspective of social responsibility and the overall idea of evaluation.Then,based on the stakeholder theory,seven aspects including shareholders,creditors,and consumers are selected,and 21 evaluation index systems are constructed.The performance of Fosun Pharma from 2016 to2020 was evaluated by the method and grey relational analysis method,and the corresponding performance ranking was obtained.Through the specific analysis of the social responsibility performance evaluation indicators,the problems existing in Fosun Pharma are drawn from various dimensions,including insufficient protection of consumers’ rights and interests,untimely repayment of suppliers’ payment,insufficient investment in environmental protection,excessive expansion speed,Excessive costs and excessive debt ratio.Finally,we put forward optimization suggestions for the above existing problems,hoping to provide ideas for Fosun Pharma to better fulfill its social responsibilities,improve corporate performance,and promote sustainable development of the company.
