China Unicom Based On The Theory Of Collaborative Symbiosis Research On The Mixed-ownership Reform Of Soes

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has actively yet prudently promoted the mixed ownership reform in order to promote mutual promotion and common development of various forms of ownership.China Unicom is one of the first telecom enterprises in the pilot reform,which is the test field and vane of soe reform.Based on the theory of collaborative symbiosis and combined with the actual situation of mixed reform,this paper designs the framework diagram of case analysis of state-owned enterprises of China Unicom,carry out in-depth analysis and research of state-owned enterprises from four aspects of framework,effect,model and efficiency increase,and explain the reasons for the success.Analyze how China Unicom combines itself through the two dimensions of organizational effectiveness(efficiency and value),the dimensional combination of common growth across the boundary type,and collaborative symbiosis(business complementarity,combination and collaboration),Realize the introduction of strategic investors,Build a collaborative symbiosis architecture;To study how China Unicom adopts the equity incentive mechanism,For businesses and employees,Bring active efficiency and system self-evolution efficiency,Building a symbiotic economy,Form a synergistic symbiotic effect;Explore the adjustment and optimization of China Unicom in terms of shareholders,board of directors and managers,By identifying scenarios,enhancing willingness,enhancing capabilities,and planning paths and processes,Improve the corporate governance model,Establish a collaborative symbiosis management model;Analyzing the value restructuring of China Unicom’s operating ability,solvency,profitability and asset quality through the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,Optimize the decision-making mode,conduct boundary reconstruction,complete platform penetration,expand value links,Realize the efficiency effect of state-owned enterprises mixed reform.Based on the theory of "collaborative symbiosis" and other theories related to mixed reform,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises of China Unicom through the integration of discipline reference and theory.The article consists of six parts.Chapter 1 introduces the topic background,research purpose and research significance;Chapter 2 reviews and supports the creation and formation of the paper;the theoretical basis and analysis framework includes the collaborative symbiosis theory and other mixed analysis framework,and designs the case analysis framework according to the existing literature,theory and the practice of SOE reform.The fourth chapter briefly introduces the mixed reform of China Unicom;the fifth chapter analyzes the case of China Unicom based on the collaborative symbiosis theory;Chapter 6 summarizes the case library to supplement the literature;the "collaborative symbiosis theory" guides the practice and case study for the policies and measures of relevant state departments.Put forward reasonable proposals to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises,serve national economic reform and high-quality social development.
