Working capital is all over the production and management of enterprises,known as the "blood" of enterprises.Working capital management is the key to the production and operation of enterprises.The shortage of working capital will affect the operation of enterprises.Therefore,most enterprises attach great importance to working capital management.With the deepening of economic globalization,the business operation mode of enterprises is changing,and the traditional working capital management has limitations,unable to take into account all working capital projects.Therefore,more and more scholars study working capital management from the perspective of value chain management and channel management.More and more studies show that the more efficient the management of working capital,the better the performance of enterprises.In recent years,the development prospect of China’s leisure food industry is good,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.If the traditional leisure food production enterprises want to develop in the long run,they should optimize the management level of working capital and improve the business performance according to the actual operating conditions of the enterprises.In this paper,Y Company as the research object,from the snack food industry status and the working capital management status of Y Company,the introduction of channel theory based on the working capital management,analysis of Y Company procurement,production and marketing channel working capital structure and turnover efficiency,and comprehensive analysis of business activities.The research finds that Y Company has the following problems: the raw materials increase substantially;High concentration of suppliers;Strict credit policies;The fluctuation of advance payment;Enterprises buy too many financial products.In view of these problems,the causes are analyzed and five optimization suggestions are proposed: Optimize purchasing channel management;Enhance brand image,improve enterprise commercial credit;Strengthen accounts receivable management,optimize customer relationship;Integrate channels and improve prediction ability;Actively promote fundraising projects.
