| With the opening-up of China’s financial service industry,the degree of freedom of financial development has been further deepened.This has intensified the fierce competition among China’s banking industry,and the profitability of banks has declined significantly.Scientific evaluation of bank service outlets and continuous improvement of their efficiency is an important means to solve the profitability.Therefore,this study takes LCD bank as the research object,and on the basis of combing the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars,establishes the bank branch efficiency evaluation index system,and uses the super efficiency model of data enveloping analysis to measure the efficiency of each branch.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of LCD bank branch efficiency in 2020 is slightly improved compared with that in 2019.It mainly comes from the contribution of the improvement of scale efficiency,but the overall efficiency level of branches needs to be improved,and the efficiency level of each branch is quite different.The problem is that salary input,facility and equipment input and administrative cost input all have different degrees of redundancy,among which the administrative cost input has the most redundancy.Further analysis of the low efficiency of the network,including the network management line is not clear,staff performance assessment is not detailed enough and customer relationship maintenance ability is weak.Finally,suggestions for improvement are put forward from five aspects,namely,straightening out the network management lines,optimizing performance assessment,improving the equipment utilization rate of the network,improving the service marketing level of the network,and innovating marketing methods,in order to provide decision-making reference for improving the efficiency of LCD bank network. |
