Research On The Overall Integration Of Puding County's Fiscal Funds Related To Agricultur

Agriculture is an important cornerstone of China’s national economic construction and development.It is closely related to everyone’s daily life,social harmony and stability,and national prosperity and strength.In recent years,the Chinese government has continuously introduced a large number of policies to benefit,support and strengthen agriculture,and continuously increased financial investment in agriculture,rural areas and farmers,which has played an active and important role in promoting China’s agricultural modernization process.As financial departments at all levels continuously increase investment in agriculture-related fields,in order to effectively play the use efficiency of financial agriculture-related funds,form economies of scale and promote the sustainable,healthy and rapid development of local agriculture,In accordance with the arrangements of the central government,all parts of the country have actively explored the sources,use directions,supervision and management,and performance evaluation of the overall planning and integration of fiscal funds related to agriculture and rural areas,and accumulated rich practical experience.To carry out the overall planning and integration of local financial funds related to agriculture is an important decision for the Party and the state to vigorously support the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".It is an inevitable choice to further improve the economic benefits of funds,consolidate the achievements of the battle against poverty and realize the revitalization of socialist countryside.Taking Puding County as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo of its overall integration work from six aspects: implementation background of integration work,organizational structure of integration departments,operation mechanism of integration fund,content source of integration fund,support direction of integration fund and supervision mechanism of integration fund.This paper analyzes the development of the overall planning and integration work in our county by analyzing the structure of fiscal cohesion fund(the former special poverty alleviation fund)and the overall planning and integration fund in 2020-2021.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of the relevant staff engaged in the integration of agriculture-related funds in the county,and combined with the data analysis of the budget unit,agricultural economic unit,integration office and other relevant units of the county finance Bureau,the results of the current integration of the county are confirmed,and the existing problems are found,and the constraints are analyzed.This paper tries to put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the next optimization direction of the overall planning and integration of financial funds related to agriculture in Puding County,so as to promote the continuous improvement of this work mechanism and promote the gradual realization of comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
