| During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,China will vigorously adjust the energy structure and plan to build a new type of green power with new energy as the main body.In order to change the current situation that fossil energy provides stable power as the basic load of power grid,one of the solutions is to develop green power energy storage technology.Among them,the battery pack in new energy vehicles can be used as regional energy storage equipment.In addition,with the strong support of national policies,China’s new energy industry will usher in a period of rapid development.In the foreseeable future,this will be a huge market.In order to enable Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturers to survive the development and changes of the industry and realize foreign investment in overseas markets,so as to occupy a strong position in the field of new energy vehicles.This requires some research and analysis on the development of new energy vehicle manufacturers.On the basis of reading and sorting out the literature review,this thesis first expounds the development process and importance of new energy vehicles from the strategic significance of new energy vehicles,and then understands the research background for the new energy vehicle industry environment in combination with the development status of new energy vehicles at home and abroad and the new energy vehicle policy.According to the research method of traditional case analysis,this thesis expounds the foreign investment theory and industrial investment fund theory.Sort out the relevant literature research on the operation and development of new energy vehicle industry and enterprise financing mode.Understand the development status of China’s new energy vehicles from the development and transnational operation of China’s new energy vehicles.Then it enters the case analysis stage.The specific case study starts with the introduction of Tesla company,understands Tesla and its operation mode through its financing mode and business mode in its international operation,and analyzes its market situation.The same process is also analyzed for NIO to know the gap between the two in the international operation and development,which brings some enlightenment to NIO.Thus,in terms of financing mode,Tesla’s debt financing proportion is too high and the financing structure is unscientific.Tesla’s over reliance on bond financing not only increases the financing cost,but also affects the refinancing ability of enterprises.Among them,bank loan financing brings a large interest burden to Tesla.So Tesla needs to strengthen the diversification of financing.In terms of business model,Tesla has achieved initial profits,the previous peak of financing demand has passed,the enterprise asset liquidity is poor,and the debt repayment risk needs to be paid more attention.NIO needs to strengthen internal financing.There is a lot of room for the rise of retained earnings financing.We can appropriately strengthen the proportion of debt financing and further strengthen the robustness of enterprises.In terms of business model,NIO’s profit model is worrying,the business is single,the product structure is lack of hierarchy,and the process of loan car purchase is not humanized,which need to learn from experience and improve.Finally,it provides practical suggestions for Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturers to create a good development environment and help enterprises grow. |
