Research On The Impact Of Land Transfer On The Quality Of My Country’s Economic Growth

Since the reform and opening up,due to the reform of the system and the drive of demand,my country’s economy has grown rapidly,the industrial structure has been continuously upgraded,the level of urbanization has been continuously improved,and people’s living standards have undergone tremendous changes.However,with the transformation of the main contradiction in society,low-quality development cannot well meet the needs of this situation.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that my country’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and more emphasis is placed on economic efficiency,quality and efficiency.power.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee continued to emphasize: "To implement the new development concept,we must achieve high-quality development in which innovation becomes the primary driving force,coordination becomes an endogenous feature,green becomes a common form,openness becomes the only way,and sharing becomes the fundamental purpose.This is the future.The focus of my country’s economic development for a period of time." The "14th Five-Year Plan" issued in 2021 proposes to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international dual cycles promoting each other,so as to improve the quality of my country’s economic growth.Among them,the main goal of internal circulation is to stimulate domestic demand,which is closely related to the improvement of industrial structure and urbanization level by land transfer.In recent years,land transfer has played a pivotal role in promoting the growth of the national economy.However,due to the scarcity and limitation of land,it cannot maintain its contribution to the growth of the national economy for a long time.Moreover,in the face of the new development pattern,land transfer has no effect on the quality of national economic growth.impact remains to be studied.Based on the above reasons,this thesis starts with land transfer,and explores how land transfer affects the quality of my country’s economic growth through the perspective of industrial structure upgrading and urbanization level.When sorting out the literature,this thesis firstly summarizes the relevant researches on land transfer and economic growth by domestic and foreign scholars,and secondly,analyzes the influence and mechanism of land transfer on the upgrading of industrial structure and the level of urbanization.Subsequently,a research on the current situation was carried out,and the development process of land transfer,industrial structure upgrading,urbanization level and economic growth quality from 2011 to 2020 was reviewed.In the empirical part,by collecting the data of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in my country from 2011 to 2020,taking the land transfer income as the explanatory variable,combining the five development concepts,using the entropy weight method to calculate the economic growth quality index as the explained variable,and constructing dynamic panel data Model,the regression of panel data on the quality of national economic growth;at the same time,the quality of economic growth is subdivided into six dimensions to study the impact of land transfer on different dimensions of the quality of economic growth;and the regional heterogeneity of provinces and cities at different development stages in my country is considered Finally,taking the whole country as the object,it studies the indirect impact of land transfer on the quality of economic growth through intermediary variables,and explores the upgrading of industrial structure and the level of urbanization.threshold effect.The results show that land transfer can directly and indirectly promote the quality of economic growth.In terms of intermediary variables,the upgrading of industrial structure plays a complete mediating effect,and the level of urbanization plays a partial mediating effect;in terms of threshold effect,industrial structure upgrading can continuously promote the quality of economic growth.The level of urbanization will have a certain inhibitory effect on the quality of economic growth after it crosses the threshold value.After empirical analysis of the model and the actual situation of provinces and cities in different development stages,the article gives some policy suggestions: first,to develop inclusive finance,encourage entrepreneurship,and form a micro-motive force for small and medium-sized enterprises to drive employment;second,to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,Explore the macro-driving forces that lead high-quality economic growth;the third is to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation and technology to form a strong potential for high-quality economic growth;the fourth is to promote the process of urban-rural integrated development and fully release the new vitality of rural revitalization.
