| With the impact of factors such as China’s economic slowdown,interest rate liberalization and internet finance development,customers’ financial needs are constantly changed and digital transition has become a strategic choice for traditional commercial banks to survive and develop.This report takes Gansu Bank as the research object and focuses on the digital transformation strategy of retail business.Firstly,we use bank process reengineering,financial innovation and customer relationship managing as fundamental theory.PEST and SWOT are also used to analyze the internal and external business environment.Secondly,it in detail the development status of retail business of Gansu Bank.By comparing with the digital development of retail business of leading commercial banks between domestic and abroad,we find out several problems existed in developing process of retail business of Gansu Bank,such as lack of strategy variability,low level customer management,serious homogenization service,weak precise market ability and risk management,which restrict the depth and width of digital development of retail business of Gansu Bank.Thirdly,through taking a deep dive into the current problems and reasons of retail business,combined with SWOT analysis model,the corresponding digital transformation strategies are proposed in six aspects:establishing differentiation strategy,refined customer management,innovation of characteristic products,acceleration of channel integration,precision marketing and intelligent risk control.Finally,to ensure pushing the digital transformation strategy,accelerating the process of retail business development with high quality,enhancing the comprehensive contribution of retail business,we take out several aspects to propose the corresponding security measure,including they are cultivating digital innovation culture,building cross-functional setting up agile organization,increasing the digital talent cultivation,raising investment in science and technology research and development,optimization evaluation system,and constructing a two-speed IT infrastructure and so on. |
