At present,China is in the process of transforming from high-speed development to high-quality development, and high-quality development has become a new important topic.Speaking at the first China Import Expo,President Xi Jinping pledged to support the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region and include it in the national strategy.Manufacturing is an important part of the integrated and high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta.Relying on the industrial system and industrial development, and by optimizing the business environment and innovation atmosphere,it can fully release the vitality and innovation potential of the industry and continue to exert the agglomeration effect of the manufacturing industry. The agglomeration effect of manufacturing industry develops in the Yangtze River Delta region through the integration of economy, society, ecology, innovation and transportation. One is to promote the integration of innovation through industry resource sharing, industry knowledge spillover and competition. The second is to expand regional economic integration through urban population agglomeration and economic benefit enhancement; The third is to promote ecological integration through the refinement of industrial chain, technological imitation and innovation and the increase of demand for intermediate products;Fourth, location advantage orientation, perfect transportation infrastructure and close trade promote the integrated development of transportation;Fifth, the agglomeration of urban manufacturing industries will improve labor productivity, improve urban governance, and promote the overall high-quality and integrated development of cities. In location entropy measure, therefore,Yangtze river delta cities manufacturing agglomeration level, using the entropy weight method to construct high quality integrated index system, using fixed effect panel model study on industrial agglomeration level of influence on the development of the overall integration of high quality, through the robustness test, results show that the manufacturing cluster can significantly promote the integration of high quality level.Based on the spatial panel model, the local industrial agglomeration has a significant promotion effect on the local high-quality integrated development, and has a positive effect on the high-quality integrated development of other regions, with spatial spillover effect.By calculating the heterogeneity of the impact of manufacturing agglomeration on each province, the results show that Zhejiang province and Anhui Province have a significant promoting effect, but not Jiangsu Province. The heterogeneity analysis of each dimension of integration shows that manufacturing agglomeration plays the most significant role in promoting ecological integration, followed by economic integration and transportation integration, but has no significant impact on innovation integration and social integration.Through the results of the study, contribute to Yangtze river delta regional integration breakthrough development bottleneck, cope with the challenge of the future,as well as to the various provinces and cities in the future how to layout industry and provide reference for transformation of the mode of development, the future should pay attention to the scientific nature of the industry layout, the rationality of the foreign capital introduction, and pay more attention to innovation efficiency, innovation achievements, social justice and so on various aspects. At the same time,it provides reference for the implementation of regional coordinated development policies in the central and western regions.
