At present,with the advent of the era of knowledge sharing economy,innovation is more and more valued in life production,and high-tech industry is the most important carrier of China's innovation,while China's high-tech industry presents an obvious agglomeration phenomenon.The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is a urban agglomeration in China.Its economic development level is in a leading position in the country and the world.It brings together outstanding talents and resources from all over the world and has strong advantages in developing high-tech industries..Therefore,to examine the specific factors affecting the agglomeration innovation of high-tech industries,and to explore the impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration on regional innovation,it is of great value to enhance the regional innovation level of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Based on the panel data of 26 prefecture-level cities in the 2002-2017 Yangtze Delta urban agglomeration,this paper takes the agglomeration effect of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Delta as the starting point,and theoretically deduces the conditions and industrial agglomeration of innovation based on the new economic for geography model.The impact on innovation,and the use of GIS software and spatial econometric models from the perspective of geospatial,in-depth analysis of the emergence and distribution of high-tech agglomeration between cities in the Yangtze River Delta region,the impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration on regional innovation.Investigate the impact of research input,R&D talents and FDI on regional innovation level,and the relevance of high-tech industry agglomeration to regional innovation,and explore how high-tech agglomeration effects affect technological innovation in cities within the region.The study found that the cluster of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Delta is very significant,and the degree of agglomeration is leading in the country,but the internal differences are obviously unbalanced;Shanghai and Suzhou are the prominent areas of the Yangtze River Delta's innovative output clusters;The research is more suitable for the spatial error model,and the spatial weight matrix of the economic distance has the best fitting effect.The innovation activities of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Delta overflow into the cities with small economic distance;the agglomeration of high-tech industries has a positive impact on promoting regional innovation;Human capital(PD)plays a positive role in the innovation output of hightech industries;foreign direct investment is a restraining effect on the regional innovation output of high-tech industries in urban agglomerations;the effect of R&D investment of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is positive.The impact of government R&D spending on improving regional innovation levels is also significant.Based on the above empirical results,this paper proposes several suggestions for promoting the impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration on regional innovation: strengthening regional innovation spatial linkage;improving R&D capital investment structure and capital drainage;strengthening talent introduction and management;promoting high-tech agglomeration Enhance regional innovation capabilities.
