Along with the development of urbanization in China these years,the building-material industry required for infrastructure construction has also developed by leaps and bounds.Building-material enterprises must establish efficient and dynamic enterprise management information system if they want to survive and develop in the market conditions of the new era.As the most important asset of the enterprise,the inventory of a building-material enterprise is not only related to the daily work of the management and employees but also management activities,involving every aspect of the procurement,storage,production and sales processes of the enterprise.The perfection and improvement of inventory internal control is confronted with a series of practical challenges.As an information management means,ERP system can help enterprises achieve the goal of internal control more efficiently.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the use of ERP system in building-material enterprises to let the internal control of inventory become better and complete the fine management of inventory.The thesis takes L Building Materials Company Limited,which was established recently,as the research object,and introduces the meaning and content of internal control,combs the meaning and content of inventory internal control,and introduces the ERP system,on the basis of studying relevant literatures at home and abroad.Based on cybernetics and information theory,through on-the-spot investigation and understand the data objectively describe the enterprise the management condition and inventory internal control present situation,including the composition of inventory of enterprise at present,management system and main activities and processes of inventory internal control,summarizes the problems of internal control of L building materials co.,LTD.,about raw materials procurement procedures,check incoming links,warehousing link and sales link.Aiming at the current situation and problems of enterprises and referring to relevant literature,the thesis is proposed to introduce ERP system to optimize the internal control of inventory.Firstly,the principles and objectives of inventory internal control optimization are proposed,and then the process and the content of inventory internal control based on ERP are sorted out according to the links.Finally,safeguard measures are proposed about inventory internal control optimization based on ERP,which can make the construction of ERP and the adaptability of enterprises more efficient.At the end of the thesis,the conclusions,shortcomings and research prospects are presented.It is expected to be of reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry to establish and perfect the information internal control system suitable for their own development.
