With the wide application of emerging technologies such as big data and cloud computing,online education has ushered in a broad market prospect,thus attracting many companies’ interests in this field.However,under the multiple unfavorable factors such as the decreasing demographic dividend,the influx of capital,the increasing cost of customer acquisition,the increasingly fierce competition in the market,and the serious homogenization of products,how should online education companies formulate and implement the question of how online education companies should formulate and implement their competitive strategies to break through is worth exploring.In this paper,we analyze the external environment of KJ Education through PEST model and Porter Five Forces,and then analyze the internal resources and capabilities of KJ Education using SWOT model to summarize the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses of KJ Education.Finally,we propose to strengthen brand building,optimize organizational structure and personnel structure,optimize customer service model,and optimize performance.Finally,we propose to strengthen the brand building,optimize the organizational structure and personnel structure,optimize the customer service model,optimize the performance appraisal system,and improve the information technology construction to provide favorable safeguards to realize the company’s differentiated competitive strategy.The research in this paper can provide a suitable reference for the development of KJ Education’s competitive strategy in the online education business market,which can help KJ Education cope with the increasingly complex and changing competitive landscape and secure its market share and business performance.At the same time,the research in this paper can also provide reference and inspiration for other Internet companies,education companies and individuals who are or will be involved in the online education industry in terms of market competition strategy formulation.
