| Since entering the new economic era,the deepening of the concept of re education has provided unprecedented opportunities for the development of education and training and related industries.At present,the education and training industry in China is developing rapidly.However,due to the immaturity of the management concept of domestic education and training companies,the enterprise management and competition strategic planning have not been promoted to the proper level.The market is relatively chaotic,and the homogenization of vicious competition is serious.It is urgent for enterprises to master and use the competition strategic management to deal with the current predicament of the education and training industry.Although there are many researches on the competitive strategy of enterprises in the theoretical circle,most of them focus on the manufacturing industry and service industry,and few on the education and training industry.This dissertation takes Beijing SX education company as the research object,mainly studies its competitive strategy.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environmental factors of enterprises and the theory of competitive strategy,this dissertation focuses on the application of differentiation strategy,cost leadership strategy and concentration strategy in the education and training industry.EFE matrix analysis,IFE matrix analysis and SWOT analysis are used to analyze and judge Beijing SX education company,and QSPM matrix analysis is used to explore a suitable competitive strategy for the company,namely differentiation competitive strategy.At the same time,the specific steps,implementation measures and safeguard measures for the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy of Beijing SX education company are developed to enable the research of the competition strategy to be implemented.Through the research on the competitive strategy of Beijing SX education company,we can promote the company to realize the leap forward development in the future,demonstrate the practicality and applicability of the competitive strategy of domestic education and training companies from the theoretical point of view,at the same time,provide a certain reference for the development of other education and training institutions,and provide an entry for the integration and reorganization of related industries in China. |
