Coarse cereals are the important source of agricultural economy in the mid-western part of the China.It has important research value and practical significance to form a highland of coarse cereals industry and build a traceable coarse cereals brand.However,the traceability of agricultural food in China has specific characteristics,including a massive data interaction between supply-chain companies and the long traceability cycle.In the traditional traceability system,all data during the process are stored in the company’s local database,which is tempered easily and cannot be transferred without skepticism of the data reality.When there are problems with the quality and safety of agricultural foods,the responsibility cannot be located and the source of the problem is difficult to find.The data is guaranteed to be tamper-proof,secure and authentic on the blockchain through a peer-to-peer network,consensus mechanism and cryptography.Realize the demand for traceability of agricultural products through blockchain technology,docking Io T devices to ensure the authenticity of the data source and achieve a real mapping relationship between the data on the chain and the physical objects under the chain.The main research done in this dissertation is as follows.(1)Design traceability architecture for coarse cereal grain foods based on the multi-blockchain architecture.the blockchain data ledger is stored by all network nodes,resulting in a large pressure on the storage of massive traceability data in the agricultural traceability scenario.This dissertation establishes a traceability blockchain for each supply-chain company,realizing traceability data isolation between different blockchains and expanding the traceability storage capacity at the hardware level,which solves the problem of the storage pressure in the agricultural traceability scenario.(2)Design a regulatory authorization-based blockchain access mechanism.The blockchain is open to the all network nodes,and the data initiated by the nodes will be traded on the chain and written into the blockchain ledger after consensus,achieving permanent and trustworthy storage of data,there is a potential risk of nodes misrepresenting or maliciously sending inappropriate transaction data to permanently contaminate the health of the traceability system.Traceability nodes trigger the chain smart contract to operate and update the blockchain ledger through the authorization issued by the regulatory authorities who takes control of the operation authority of the traceability nodes through the authorization management,restricting the node behavior by cancelling the authorization when massive useless or improper transactions are detected,to solve the problem of continuing to pollute the traceability blockchain data.(3)Design a traceability data storage model for coarse cereal grains based on hybrid cryptographic smart contracts.At the same time,the transaction data is stored on the blockchain transparently,causing the supply chain privacy traceability data security is difficult to be effectively guaranteed.The private coarse cereal grains traceability data is encrypted and stored through hybrid encryption of symmetric encryption and elliptic curve asymmetric encryption,which effectively guarantees the security of private traceability data.This dissertation takes coarse cereal grains traceability as an example,proposing a multi-blockchain traceability architecture integrating Io T devices to achieve data expansion using blockchain as the underlying technology for the problems of storage pressure,useless data contamination traceability system and the poor security of private traceability data and the pollution.This dissertation also designs a blockchain ledger access mechanism based on regulatory authority to control the operation authority of the traceability nodes for protecting the healthy and sustainable development of the traceability blockchain.The research in this dissertation actively explores the application of blockchain technology and cryptography technology in coarse cereal agricultural foods.Through the security test of the authorization algorithm,the values for correlation test and diffusivity test are 82.39% and 82.53%.Through the security test of the AES and ECC encryption algorithm,the values for correlation test and diffusivity test are over 95%and over 94%.At the same time,the time of querying traceability data from blockchain is 56.9 ms,which provides a certain participation significance for the supply chain traceability of agricultural foods.
