At the current situation,China has step into a new period of constantly changing domestic and international environment,and the new circumstances and great changes which created by this new period have appeared.China has always made account of high and new technology,which is not only a strong driving force for development,but also a rare opportunity.In the power of science and technology strategy and innovation driven strategy under the dual guidance,there are many high and new technology industries which are committed to new technology enterprise of science and technology,such as Internet companies,biotechnology,new materials enterprises,such enterprises usually rely on the internal control of core technology for positioning in the market,and expand the market,and then in looking to expand production accordingly.Therefore,it is not difficult to understand why high-tech enterprises value talent training,because it is high-tech talents who master core technologies.For the seek of more excellent talents in the fierce talent competition,it is necessary to build a perfect incentive mechanism in the enterprise.Incentive mechanism contains many components,to build a set of scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism belonging to a certain enterprise can not be completed overnight,according to the psychological needs of employees in all aspects of the implementation of "tailored",but also fully consider the real development of the enterprise at present.In order to exploit the advantages to the full incentive mechanism in all aspects,it is necessary to solve all kinds of problems raised by employees and solve them one by one in an effective way.Finally,employees can play the sense of ownership in their work,no longer passively complete tasks,but devote themselves actively to the enterprise’s developing.In this thesis,the research puts eye on the Internet enterprises in the science and technology enterprises,and the object of study is Y Technology Company.Under the guidance of the basic theories related to incentives and some current research results,combined with the characteristics of the industry and the specific characteristics of the company,such as rapid technological update and iteration,and the initial stage of Y technology company.Based on the understanding the present situation of using questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,we analyze the company related incentive factors in the importance and satisfaction of employees in the heart,and to test reliability and validity of data,found that the main existing compensation incentive mechanism,assessment,career development,employee training,such as spiritual culture construction problems.On the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis,aiming at specific problems is suggested according to the employees incentive optimization scheme of Y technology company,in order to ensure the proposed scheme implemented without a hitch,then puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures,designed to make sure that Y company employees incentive optimization founded with science and technology,so that it can obtain long-term developments.This thesis exists in the research perspectives and research content innovation,pay attention to the differences between different enterprises,will the view focus on science and technology enterprises,focused on the research object company and characteristics of the employees,leaders of enterprises try to have more pertinent research,broaden the coverage of enterprise incentive mechanism research,is advantageous to the enterprise talent team construction.
