| With the application of artificial intelligence,robotics,big data and other emerging technologies in various industries,digitalization is valued by more and more enterprise managers.Biological pharmaceutical industry has high investment,high yield,high risk,high technology intensive characteristics,its innovation is more difficult than other industries,the new crown outbreak makes the pharmaceutical industry faces huge uncertainty,P company as a leading enterprise of biological pharmaceutical industry,also faces huge challenges,in order to stable position,meet the challenge,P company will digital as enterprise long-term development strategy.The thesis analyzes the problems and causes of the case,develops the improvement measures,solves the practical problems,and finds the theoretical basis for the management,and supports the company’s digital strategy.P company implements project management of the digital strategy and has established a digital department to be responsible for the implementation and management of digital projects.P company gradually realizes the digitalization of business processes through the implementation and management of digital projects.In recent years,P company completed many projects,but the implementation process still has many problems of digital project,this paper selected the typical case of digital project,combined with no boundary management theory and project management theory for in-depth analysis,found that the root cause is insufficient permeability of organizational boundaries,form hierarchical barriers hinder digital project,form internal barriers hinder the digital project team,form external barriers to reduce the integration of digital project,form cultural barriers limit the coverage of digital project.According to the actual situation of P company digital project,selected four typical cases,combined with project management theory and boundary management theory,found that the root cause is the lack of permeability and flexibility,digital project by hierarchical barriers,internal barriers,external barriers and cultural barriers,reflected in hierarchical barriers cause decision-making decentralization,internal barriers form process island,external barriers block value chain cooperation,cultural barriers produce values.Based on the borderless management theory,this paper puts forward the strategy of vertical,horizontal,external and geographical boundary,decision flat management to enhance the flexibility of vertical boundary,increase horizontal boundary permeability,introduce service integrated management mode to break external boundaries,establish a global thinking mode across geographical boundaries,thus increase the permeability and flexibility,make free circulation of information and resources,solve the practical problems in the project implementation process,provide a theoretical basis for P company’s digital project promotion. |
