Research On Construction Digital Management System

With the growing scale of construction projects and the improving of engineering technology and internationalization degree, it is more and more difficult to coordinate all participants of construction projects, the knowledge management is also more and more important. The traditional project management method has already can't meet the requirement of large project management. At the same time, with the rapid development of digital technology, it provides an effective way to build construction digital management system for the modern project management. However, the current available digital management platform or supporting software is mostly limited to achieve a single management function, such as architectural design, risk management and so on, which cannot realize integrated management requirements construction project.Under the guidance of integrated management, collaborative management and knowledge management, this dissertation has firstly analyzed how the digital management could impact the traditional project culture, project organization and project communication, on the base of which the decision-making model of construction digital management platform with real option theory is built. Secondly, the function structure of construction digital management system is established through analyzing the concept of construction integrated management, and the system's operation mechanism is also summarized. Thirdly, the implementation path of construction digital management system is carried out from the aspects of organizational guarantee, technology support and policy guarantee. Finally, an empirical analysis is given in order to in order to summary the experiences and lessons.The innovations of the dissertation are as follows:1. This dissertation has established a construction digital management system. Starting from how the digital technology could impact the construction project management, we introduced the visualization, intelligence, virtual reality and other digital technology to the system.Based on integrating to all participants, all elements and all life cycle of the construction project management, we thought the system should includenine functional subsystems of goal management, contract management, stakeholder management, financing management, collaborative work, e-commerce, risk management, knowledge management, and facilities management.2. This dissertation hasgiven a decision-making model based on real options theory. After arguing the applicability of real option theory, we decided to establish theconstruction digital management platform by stages, which were classified by the relevance of the nine subsystems. And combined with the real option types of the platform, the decision-making model was built to provide a reasonable decision support for the establishment of platform.3. This dissertation hasgiven animplementation pathto carry out the construction digital management system. From the aspects of organizational guarantee, technology support and policy guarantee, we gave several supporting measures to guarantee the establishment andimplementation of the system to push forward the digital management.
