Research On Financing Strategies Of Technology-based Light-Asset Enterprises Based On Life Cycl

With the advent of the Internet era,innovations in network information technology continue to emerge.The digital economic transformation of Chinese enterprises has become the development trend of The Times.In recent years,a number of excellent technology-based asset-light enterprises have emerged in China.In the era of knowledge economy,science and technology is the booster of development.Maintaining the rapid development of science and technology asset-light enterprises is the key to promote scientific and technological innovation,structural upgrading and improving the soft power of China’s international economy.The science and technology asset-light enterprises represented by Yeelight have a good momentum of development and significant growth.However,some technology-based asset-light enterprises have financing problems such as low market share,narrow financing channels and great financial pressure,which restrict the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes Yeelight Intelligent,a representative technology-based asset-light enterprise,as an example to study its development strategy and financing strategy and learn its successful financing experience,aiming to provide references for other technology-based asset-light enterprises in enterprise financing.This paper chooses Yeelight Intelligence as a case study,and conducts in-depth analysis and research on its intelligent financing strategy.Firstly,literature and theories in related fields at home and abroad are sorted out to sum up the financing characteristics and needs of technology-based asset-light enterprises.Secondly,it divides the life cycle of Yeelight,studies its financing strategy according to the development characteristics and strategies of each stage,and evaluates the financing effect of the enterprise by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.It finds that the financing strategy adopted by Yeelight is relatively successful in the whole development process of the enterprise.Thirdly,this paper holds that the advantages of Yeelight’s intelligent financing strategy are as follows: First,the financing strategy is formulated according to the enterprise’s life cycle,and the financing strategy of each life cycle is in line with the characteristics of the stage;Second,the financing strategy conforms to the development strategy;Third,diversified financing methods.Finally,according to the enlightenment of The smart case of Yeelight,it puts forward some suggestions on the financing of technology-oriented asset-light in different life cycles: at the initial stage of start-up,the company can survive by attracting angel investment and other venture capital through the entrepreneurs’ savings and venture capital;In the development period,commercial credit,government policy support,private equity investment can be introduced,and continue to attract venture capital to obtain funds,so as to ensure that enterprises can develop core products and expand market share.In the mature stage,enterprises can choose to apply for listing,issue bonds,new financing methods and other diversified financing methods to obtain funds,maintain their market position,and avoid lagging behind or even eliminated in the competition.
