In the background of increasingly fierce competition in the international market and the global outbreak of COVID-19,manufacturing enterprises are at a critical stage of innovation and economic transformation and upgrading.The complex and changeable internal and external environment leads to high concentration of various risk factors and frequent occurrence of risk events.Many enterprises face the occurrence of sudden risk events,lack of risk control ability,facing the risk of bankruptcy,how to improve the level of risk management has become an important problem to be solved urgently for manufacturing enterprises.As a traditional paper making enterprise,QF conpanywill invest and build a new nonwoven material business with an annual output of 300,000 tons in 2020.How to build a scientific and reasonable risk evaluation index system to improve the level of risk management and reduce the loss caused by risk,and ensure the smooth promotion of new business in the new market has become an important problem to be solved by QF company.According to the relevant research results at home and abroad and combined with the current situation of QF company non-woven new material business operation,this paper constructed a risk evaluation model of QF company non-woven new material business operation,and applied the grey clustering method to evaluate its risk.Through this paper,the literature study method and Delphi method to establish a set of include macro environment risk,market risk,procurement risk,financial risk,management risk and the risk of production risk evaluation index system,and analyze the risk evaluation index and the processing,help company correct understanding of the risk of new nonwoven materials business operation stages;Secondly,the subjective weight and objective weight of risk evaluation index are determined by ahp and entropy weight method,and then the comprehensive weight is determined.Finally,the grey clustering method is used to evaluate the risk.The results show that non-woven new materials business operation risk grade is medium,the market risk grade is the highest,so the company needs to focus on avoiding the loss caused by market risk.According to the level of the first risk index evaluation level,combined with the current situation of QF company,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how to reduce various risks of QF company.
