The popularity of the Internet has gradually made e-commerce a new driving force for economic development.More and more companies are using big data to promote their own development.Many financial institutions have also begun to try to use Internet platforms to provide financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises more efficiently and reduce service costs.As the main domestic financial service provider,commercial banks lack relevant experience in the process of exploring and reducing the financing cost for SMEs and the development of online supply chain financial services,which may let many operation processes be at risk.Compared with the traditional financing business,this kind of financial method relying on new technologies will make the financing operations of banks and SMEs more complicated,resulting in higher risks and lower security Therefore,banks should evaluate the risk of their own financing mode according to the characteristics of online finance and their own customers,and establish a more efficient risk management and control mechanism to reduce bank losses due to operational risk.This article selects the two topics,banks and financing companies,while studying the operational risks in the online supply chain financial business operation process.According to the relevant literature and the external characteristics exhibited by the online supply chain finance,the selection of reasonable standards to select and adjust the risk indicators to improve the rationality and comprehensiveness of the operational risk evaluation index system.Then,based on the construction of the evaluation index system,this paper combines entropy weight method and gray system theory,to build an operational risk evaluation model,and in-depth analysis of the actual index system in the process of using the entropy weight method to determine the index weights at all levels.The method adopted in this paper can make up for the shortcomings of traditional methods when dealing with uncertain information.Finally,in the online financial business of Bank C and Company T,the effectiveness and practicality of the operational risk assessment system and model in this paper have been proved.This article also puts forward six targeted risk management suggestions for Bank C to promote the healthy development of Bank C's online supply chain finance and the improvement of risk management capabilities.
