There are still difficulties in sharing financial information between the financial and business departments of many traditional enterprises in China,which makes it impossible for enterprises to effectively supervise and control the financial operation.There is a lack of communication between business departments and financial departments,and their departmental independence and decentralized information are not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.In this regard,the concept of industry finance integration came into being.Many enterprises in China have also begun to constantly change the financial and business management system,trying to effectively integrate the financial and business departments through the construction of financial information system.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment,YL company also began to integrate the industry and finance of the financial management mode,and actively encouraged the financial personnel to go deep into the business process.Although it has achieved certain results,due to the lack of awareness of information construction and the failure to fully adjust the inherent traditional financial processing mode,there are still many problems,such as low management efficiency and so on.Therefore,how to optimize and improve the business finance integration operation mode and improve the enterprise operation efficiency is very important for the sustainable development of YL company.This paper analyzes and studies the case of industry finance integration of YL company.Firstly,by sorting out the relevant literature on the development of industry finance integration at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the development process of industry finance integration and its core value in enterprise operation.Secondly,it discusses from four aspects: strategic planning,organizational structure,management and control system and information system,and analyzes the trial status of industrial and financial integration of YL company,which provides practical support for the follow-up problem analysis.Thirdly,based on the current situation analysis,this paper further expounds the problems existing in the industry finance integration of YL company,and analyzes the reasons for the disconnection between business management and financial management,mainly including the lack of strategic vision of the industry finance management department,the poor coordination between the industry finance department and the business process,the imperfect construction of the industry finance integration management team,the lack of effective supervision and management system,and the lack of deep integration of the shared information system of the industry finance department.Finally,on the premise of clarifying the enterprise’s strategic objectives,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of YL company’s industry finance integration strategic planning,organizational structure,management and control system and information system,including accelerating the industry finance system integration,optimizing the strategic planning objectives,strengthening the performance evaluation and Mechanism Optimization of industry finance integration,strengthening the awareness of risk control,cultivating a compound financial professional team,and improving the reward and punishment mechanism of comprehensive budget management,Strengthen the update of information technology system and the construction of industry finance integration database,and further optimize the information system strategy.
