Research On Industry Finance Integration Of D Company

With the rapid development of economy and information technology,enterprises are faced with more fierce competition while bringing many opportunities for development.In the rapidly changing environment,the enterprise management also put forward higher requirements.As an important master of data,finance obviously can not be limited to the reaction after the event.More and more people pay attention to how to improve the transmission speed of financial data and the processing efficiency of financial data.These valuable information can give a strong boost to the development of enterprises and help enterprises break through the current predicament.In the severe competition and survival environment,it has become an inevitable choice to improve the business finance integrated management process based on the goal of industry and finance integration.This paper conducted a case study of D,an eight-year-old company engaged in enterprise services.Inspired by the internet idea in 2017,it moved away from the traditional business model of enterprise services and quickly gained market share with precision marketing.However,due to an overemphasis on business development and disregard for financial management,there was limited control over operating costs,leading to wild growth.After rapid rise,D encountered a bottleneck,which required breakthrough explorations.Despite D’s efforts in exploring management methods,including the introduction of information technology to build a simple operation and finance integration platform,it still fell short of deep operation and finance integration.Through field visits to D,this paper identified the flaws in its management based on date of human resources,finance and business,including ineffective financial control at the business end,decision making without data support,and development direction without data guidance.Questionnaire survey and field investigation were carried out to analyze the causes,which were summarized into four aspects,namely business,finance,management,and assurance.In light of the goal of deep operation and finance integration,corresponding optimization solutions were proposed to contribute to D’s operation and finance integration and management improvement.
