| With the rapid development of financial technology,the competition among banks has become more and more fierce.With the deepening of interest rate marketization and the normalization of strict financial supervision,the profit model of traditional banks has been greatly challenged,and banks have to explore the road of business transformation.Bank A is a traditional foreign-funded bank.In the face of the decline of the whole bank’s overall business,it puts forward the strategy of retail business transformation,uses Internet technology to carry out more online business cooperation,cooperates with external enterprises by building an open banking platform,opens the bank’s services within the scope of supervision,and provides services to individual customers relying on enterprise app.Due to historical reasons,bank a has less investment in retail IT construction,and the system is relatively backward.The existing IT system can not effectively support the rapid development of retail business,and even affect the business development.Therefore,the system needs to be upgraded.This paper studies the optimization scheme of Bank A’s open banking platform.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of open banks at home and abroad,and expounds the background of Bank A’s construction of open banking platform.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems of Bank A’s open banking platform: the delivery cycle is long,and the project production cycle is difficult to meet the requirements of rapid production put forward by retail business and cooperative enterprises;It is difficult for the open banking platform to support the high concurrent calls of cooperative enterprises due to the small amount of customer traffic;The solution of production problems is slow,and the timeliness of the solution of production problems can not meet the requirements of retail customer experience;API has potential risks,and the existing API control methods have the risks of system security and data leakage.Moreover,according to the problems of Bank A’s open banking platform,this paper puts forward a set of targeted optimization schemes.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme:organizational structure,process system,assessment system,training system,etc.,and formulates a number of cost control measures such as manpower,software and time according to the requirements of cost reduction and efficiency increase.Through the research of this paper,it can provide feasible methods and guidance for the subsequent optimization of Bank A’s open banking platform,and also provide reference for banks in transition. |
