In the development process of commercial banks,the personal retail business is a very important business sector,and gradually gained the attention of commercial banks.In addition,along with the increasing national income,the demand for personal wealth management products has been stimulated by the nationals,and to a certain extent,the domestic financial market has also been active.Commercial banks gradually transform their roles,transform to service-oriented commercial banks,and take customers as the center,implement a combination of various marketing methods,and constantly seize the customer market,which also aggravates the intensity of commercial banks.The personal retail business of foreign commercial banks is relatively mature,and the development of domestic personal retail business has a large gap with foreign countries.The main focus of the personal retail business of domestic commercial bank Z Bank is that it has not yet established a complete customer segmentation system,lacking professional system training for employees,and the staff's assessment mechanism is out of line with the business.This paper analyzes the current situation of Z Bank's personal retail business,finds various problems that Z Bank has in the marketing sector,and proposes targeted recommendations from the customer group,employee training and assessment mechanism.This study mainly analyzes the personal retail customers of Z Bank,and proposes effective solutions for the development of Z Bank's personal retail business.It also provides some reference and value for the development of other commercial banks.
