Study On Influencing Factors Of Citrus Moderate Scale Management In Nanning,Guangxi

In recent years,under the background of the new era,guangxi citrus industry has developed vigorously,and citrus has gradually become the largest fruit in Guangxi with the rapid growth of annual output value.Citrus production has gradually increased the proportion of fruit production in the whole region.In 2020,the proportion of citrus production has reached 46%,and the annual output value of citrus has reached more than 100 billion yuan,becoming one of the 100 billion industries in Guangxi.According to the official website of China’s Ministry of Agriculture public data show that in 2015,the entire area of Guangxi citrus planting area is 4,992,900 mu,after five years of long-term development,by the end of 2020,the area of citrus planting has reached 8,649,300 mu,compared with 2015 expansion of 3,656,400 mu,an increase of 73.23%.With the wild expansion of guangxi citrus industry,the citrus output benefit declined in the case of continuous expansion of production scale.Therefore,the planting mode of citrus industry urgently needs to shift to moderate scale production.Therefore,there are two questions about the appropriate scale of citrus production and management: what is the appropriate scale of citrus production and management subject? Factors affecting citrus moderate scale operation? Starting from the above problems,this paper,based on the method of quantitative analysis,clarified the scope of citrus production and management subject appropriate scale,and studied the main factors influencing the realization of citrus moderate scale management.In this paper,based on 2020 guangxi nanning citrus production and operation of production costs and benefits of the subject of investigation data,the scale economy theory,scale reward theory,and the theory of break-even analysis theory,based on the first on the method of data envelopment analysis(DEA)analyzed the perspective of citrus production and business operation efficiency moderate scale of the body;Then the break-even analysis method was used to calculate the break-even point of citrus production and operation from the perspective of cost and profit.Finally,Tobit regression model was used to analyze the specific factors affecting the appropriate scale management efficiency of citrus production and management.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The moderate scale operation efficiency of citrus production and operation subjects in different scale showed significant difference.Using data envelopment analysis method analysis of nanning citrus production operators of moderate scale management efficiency,the study found that in different scale of operation of the division of the communist party of China has four groups of citrus production management main body is in a state of scale reward is constant,the other the management main body of moderate scale operation efficiency of scale are in a state of increasing return of scale.(2)There were obvious differences in the breakeven points of different citrus production and management subjects.Using the break-even analysis method,the break-even point of citrus production and management subjects(including ordinary farmers,professional large households,family farms,cooperatives,agricultural enterprises)was obtained.The results showed that there was a certain correlation between the scale of citrus operation and the break-even point.Through the comparative analysis of the breakeven points of different citrus production and operation subjects,the results showed that with the moderate increase of citrus production and operation scale,the breakeven yield and income would decrease.(3)The moderate scale management of citrus was significantly affected by many factors.Through empirical study on influence of citrus production operators to construct Tobit model appropriate scale operation efficiency factors,found that age,whether to adopt the risk strategy,citrus production operators use fixed number of year of the technology,agricultural mechanization level,degree of difficulty of land circulation,natural disasters affect on citrus production operators moderate scale operation efficiency has a significant effect,Among them,whether to adopt the risk strategy has the greatest influence.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions were put forward :(1)rationally adjust the scale of citrus industry,optimize the variety structure and regional distribution.(2)Strengthen the extension and demonstration of agricultural technology and promote the efficient development of citrus industry.(3)Promote citrus mechanization level,promote citrus moderate scale.(4)Standardize the land transfer market and strengthen comprehensive risk prevention and control.
