Research On Financial Risk Identification And Evaluation Of HNA Group

As an important part of China’s modern service industry,aviation industry plays an important role in promoting economic growth and ensuring the healthy development of national economy.In addition to the impact of new infectious diseases,the severe external environment to the development of China’s enterprises a great test.Compared to family companies of many industrial companies,Financial risks in China’s air transport are more important affected by the macro-environment,industry characteristics and the company ’ s own business activities.Therefore,it is necessary to pay enough attention to the possible financial risks in air transport industry.HNA Group,one of China’s four largest airlines,has in recent years experienced a series of financial liquidity crises,a takeover by the state-owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Hainan Province,bankruptcy and reorganization,and other major issues.Compared with several other airlines,the financial risk of HNA group is more severe and representative.In this context,this thesis first summarizes and summarizes literature on the identification,evaluation and control of financial risk,evaluation and control of the literature to summary,Finally,the combination of entropy method and efficiency coefficient method is selected to study financial risk.Secondly,the current situation of financial risk of HNA group is analyzed,and the public financial data of HNA Group for five years from 2016 to 2020 are selected for research,Identify and analyze financial risks from the perspective of finance,investment,operation and development.Thirdly,select appropriate financial risk indicators,endow the selected indicators with more scientific connotation by using entropy method,and determine the financial risk evaluation standard by using performance coefficient to evaluate the risk of shipping group.Finally,according to the financial risk assessment results of HNA Group,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the financial risk of HNA Group,and puts forward the corresponding risk control measures.Through the study of financial risk of HNA group,this thesis finds that HNA group has the problems of excessive debt financing and unreasonable debt structure.Therefore,this thesis,from group to internal and external environment puts forward targeted financial risk control proposals,including measures to broaden financing channels,adjust the proportion of equity and debt financing,and hopes that through this study,this will help the air transport group to achieve sustainable economic development in the future business process and provide guidance for other similar enterprises and groups.
