Analysis On The Coupling Degree Of Green Economy And Green Finance In Qinghai Province

At present,green economy is the focus of national economic development.Recently,"carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality" are the explicit constraints of green economic development.The development of green economy and the realization of carbon emission targets are inseparable from the support of green finance.The coordinated development of green economy and green finance is the most ideal state for both.Qinghai has a prominent ecological status,and especially attaches great importance to the realization of green development.Therefore,this paper studies the coordinated development level of green economy and green finance in Qinghai province.First of all,this paper analyzes the practice of Qinghai Province,and finds that the province’s green finance has provided a lot of financial support for the development of green economy,and the development of green finance and green economy has achieved good results.At the same time,it is also found that Qinghai is also facing problems such as uneven development of green financial instruments.Then,in order to evaluate the coordinated development level of green economy and green finance in Qinghai Province from the perspective of data,this paper measures the coupling coordination degree of the two on the basis of measuring the development level of the two.It was found that the two began to enter a stage of benign coordinated development in 2019,but did not reach extreme coordination.Based on the degree of coupling and coordination,this paper does some research to the best of its ability and finds that it has cointegration with the system composed of financial ecological diversity.Of course,due to the limited data range,this part of the conclusion still needs to be further Research confirms.Finally,based on Qinghai’s practice and quantitative analysis results,this paper believes that market mechanisms should be brought into play,financial products and market construction should be improved,and advantages should be used to achieve the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality".
