| In 2015,Dalian Commodity Exchange proposed "insurance+futures" for agricultural products,which is an innovative financial business model in line with the current situation of China’s agricultural financial market.At present,the "insurance+ futures" business still has deficiencies.The most prominent problem is that the operating enterprises have inefficient cost management and insufficient cost control,which leads to high business costs and requires cost management optimization.This paper takes A Futures Company,the operator of corn "insurance+futures",as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey and the actual operation of the business,we know that the cost of corn "insurance+futures" business mainly includes hedging transaction cost,pricing error cost and the period expense of business operation.There are two reasons for the high cost mentioned above:one is the operational loss caused by improper business operation;The second is the cost consumption caused by low cooperation efficiency in business development.For business cost,paper guided by the related theory of cost management,combined with the board of professional knowledge,improve the level of trade team,development and service adaptation with high degrees of trading strategies,the basis pricing method is adopted,with the help of a partner insurance enterprise’s existing sales channels,using Internet platform to promote and establish effective communication and coordination mechanism optimization method,At the same time,strengthen the cost budget assessment and information construction,combined into the cost management optimization plan,achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,and form a long-term mechanism of "insurance+futures" business operation.In this paper,through the design of corn "insurance+futures" business cost management optimization scheme,one is to help A company to achieve business cost control,the other is to provide A practical value of "insurance+futures" business cost management ideas. |
