Study On The Impact Of Government Subsidies On The Enterprise Performance Of Agricultural Listed Companies

Agriculture is a basic pillar industry in China.As the chip of agriculture,seeds play a decisive role in crop growth and crop quality.The development of seed industry has a significant impact on ensuring national food security.The state has paid more attention to the seed industry,the reduction of corn planting area has basically completed the goal,and the seed industry business environment is expected to be further optimized.Due to the weakness of the agricultural industry,the government has been granting subsidies to agricultural enterprises.However,with the continuous change of subsidy policies,whether government subsidies can improve the performance of agricultural enterprises and how to improve the performance of enterprises have become the focus of many scholars.Therefore,the research direction of this thesis is the impact of government subsidies on the performance of agricultural listed companies.This thesis analyzes the impact of government subsidies on enterprise performance from three aspects: financial performance,innovation performance and social performance.Taking Denghai seed industry as the main research object,this thesis constructs a performance evaluation model matching Denghai seed industry by using the coefficient of variation method,evaluates the overall financial performance of Denghai seed industry,and uses the case analysis method to analyze in detail the impact of government subsidies of current agricultural listed companies on multiple indicators of enterprise performance.DEA data envelopment analysis is used to analyze the impact of government subsidies on the innovation performance of Denghai seed industry,and the impact of government subsidies on enterprise social performance from the perspective of talent training,so as to further evaluate the various effects of China’s current government subsidies on agricultural listed companies,in order to find a policy means to improve the comprehensive strength of agricultural listed companies.At the same time,it analyzes agricultural enterprises from different perspectives and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to better improve their overall strength under the influence of government subsidies.
