| Building a new power system with new energy as the main body is an inevitable requirement and an important strategic measure to realize the adjustment of energy structure and promote energy conservation and emission reduction under the background of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral".However, traditional energy cannot be fully replaced in the short term.New energy sources such as wind and photovoltaic bring challenges to power supply and grid stability, and technological development is difficult to fully meet objective needs. With comprehensive analysis of the actual conditions and development process, the construction of a new power system is an economic problem and dispatching management problem. Therefore,it has important practical significance and reference value to bring market factors such as demand response measures and carbon trading mechanism into the dispatching management process of power system. This paper aims to study the construction of new power system from the perspective of economy and management.Firstly, the scheduling management of traditional power system is sorted out from three dimensions of operation control objective, economic dispatching mode and power generation dispatching arrangement.By comparing and analyzing the differences between traditional energy and new energy generation and their impacts on the power system,it’s necessary to analyze the existing problems in the optimization process of new energy power dispatching, and grasp the basic characteristics of the new power system and the basic process of development.Secondly, starting with the design and management of incentive mechanism, the demand response measures are introduced, and compensation schemes of demand response projects are designed by setting different compensation prices and interruptible load capacity. On this basis, combined with the virtual power generation system on the power side and carbon emission trading, this paper constructed an economic benefit model to measure the power consumption and operating cost of the system, and an environmental benefit model to measure the carbon emission cost, which can simulate the operation process of the power system. Finally, this paper divides clean energy consumption policies into two categories:full purchase of renewable energy generation and moderate curtailment of wind.Based on the characteristics of each policy, combined with whether to invoke demand response measures and different ways of providing spare capacity, this paper constructs four management schemes representing different simulation scenarios respectively.By optimizing the objective function,it can obtain the optimal solution under each scenario, compare and analyze the influence of different types of management policies on the operation cost of power system management. The research conclusion shows that:(1)Moderate wind abandonment consumption policy is better in economy and environmental protection than the consumption policy of full acquisition of renewable energy.(2)Calling interruptible load demand response measures can reduce power generation pressure, maintain system stability, optimize thermal power unit output structure, reduce coal consumption and carbon emissions.(3)When the wind power fluctuates greatly,if the load demand drops rapidly, wind abandoning will lead to the increase of energy consumption cost of the system, and it is economical not to abandon wind.In order to improve the utilization of clean energy, the punishment cost should be increased moderately as incentive. |
