Establishment And Applications Of Energy Management Systems For The Key Industrial Energy Consumption Companies

In the 12 th Five-Year period,Harbin city's industrial energy consumption accounted for about 45% of the total energy consumption,of which the city's industrial energy consumption of more than 90% of the energy consumption is the focus of energy consumption,so perfection industrial emphasis energy unit of energy monitoring work is the most important parts in energy conservation.In order to achieve the scientific management of energy and energy conservation,digitization,networking and visualization,it's very necessary to establish intelligent energy management system.This thesis established the Harbin emphasis energy-consuming enterprises energy management system,which includes an emphasis energy-consuming enterprises energy consumption database,emphasis energy-consuming enterprises energy consumption evaluation system identification,emphasis energy-consuming enterprises online consultation system,excessive energy consumption early warning systems,energy monitoring work management system;determining a system network structure,system logic,software structure and system security;wherein the center of the city's industrial terminal system can verify the audit report of emphasis energy-consuming enterprises,data collection summary,variety of analysis,benchmark,warning and energy monitoring and other functions;business terminal system can fill in enterprise report and reporting,and achieve the data collection,statistics,analysis,early warning and forecasting capabilities for enterprises.Through the study of the 2012 to 2015 energy consumption of emphasis energy-consuming enterprises and energy distribution by region,obtained the total energy consumption,comprehensive energy consumption,5,000 tons and 10,000 tons more than ten thousand Ten-thousand yuan of industrial output value of enterprises comprehensive energy consumption tended to decrease,indicating that the Harbin Municipal energy has achieved some results.Basic by regional,most of the total energy consumption is Daowai District,accounting for about 38% of emphasis energy companies in total energy consumption;the most comprehensive energy consumption is Songbei District,accounting for about 20% of total energy consumption of emphasis energy companies.During four years,the top five of overall energy consumption is Daoli District,Yilan County,Xiangfang District,Acheng District and Daowai District.In addition,there is only Daowai District's energy consumption haven't decline in overall energy consumption,the Songbei District,Daoli District,Acheng District and Yilan County are all decreased,and the biggest drop is Acheng District.In this thesis,obtained in 2012 to 2015 energy consumption structure,emphasis energy-consuming enterprises,the highest overall energy consumption of industry,the total energy consumption of ten emphasis energy-consuming enterprises,the most energy-consuming enterprises,as well as energy production.In the structure of energy consumption,coal consumption accounted for 54.12-58.43%;comprehensive energy consumption is the highest in the industry,electricity,heat production and supply industry,the proportion of overall energy consumption accounted for 43.67-48.13%;ten emphasis energy-consuming enterprises energy consumption accounted for 73.6-76.7% of total industrial energy companies,Huadian Energy Company Limited Harbin third Power plant is the largest energy-consuming enterprises,the total energy consumption of the city's total industrial energy emphasis energy companies is 18.35-20.20% of total consumption.Secondary energy production 888.67-988.96 million tons of coal,and the top five varieties output energy are electricity,heat,gasoline,diesel and other petroleum products.By analyzing of emphasis energy-consuming enterprises industrial output value of the top five industries in energy efficiency from 2012 to 2015,the primary annual output value are in petroleum processing,coking and nuclear fuel processing industry during 2012 to 2014.But in 2015,the output value of transportation equipment manufacturing is the first.In the top five areas,which are Daowai District,Pingfang District,Xiangfang District,Daoli District and Nangang District,Daowai District is the first of 2012 to 2013 annual output value and Pingfang District is the first during 2014 to 2015.Ten-thousand yuan output value of comprehensive energy consumption is the highest in the industry,electricity,heat production and supply industry.Ten-thousand yuan output value of comprehensive energy consumption is the lowest in tobacco industry.In unit energy consumption indicators,the number of indicators declining proportion of the total number of indicators was 33.33%-46.67%.Emphasis energy-consuming enterprises comprehensive energy consumption Ten-thousand yuan industrial added value was 2667.14,2727.47,2798.52,2588.53 kilograms of standard coal per million.In four years,chemical materials and chemical manufacturing industrial have two years comprehensive highest energy consumption;electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industrial have the lowest energy consumption in three years.
