Chinese people’s demand for agricultural products is growing day by day,especially green and healthy agricultural products have become People’s Daily necessities,for agricultural production and marketing enterprises have brought broad prospects for development.Under the influence of the global COVID-19 epidemic,online marketing of agricultural products has provided more opportunities,especially with the support of preferential policies,the online marketing space of agricultural products enterprises has been increasing.Based on this,this paper selected the online marketing model of agricultural products company case study,hoping to provide good online marketing ideas for the majority of agricultural products marketing enterprises.Through literature research,case analysis and other main research methods,this paper has carried out research on the online marketing model of SK Company’s agricultural products.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance of this paper,and sorts out the research status at home and abroad,which provides a good reference guide for the exploration of the online marketing mode of agricultural products and the experience of this paper.At the same time,it establishes the content of research methods,innovation points and overall shortcomings of this paper.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper are sorted out,such as agricultural products,online marketing,integrated marketing theory and so on.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the current situation of SK Company’s online marketing mode of agricultural products.Firstly,it expounds the overall situation of SK Company,and probes into its online marketing mode setting and operation problems.Specifically,it points out the deficiencies in the quality and ability of online marketing talents,the disconnection between online marketing platform and product information demand,the imperfect online marketing logistics distribution system,the few product types launched by online marketing,and the insufficient online marketing publicity.In addition,this paper studies and discusses the online marketing mode of typical agricultural products at home and abroad,and draws lessons from the online marketing mode of agricultural products of SK Company according to the marketing experience of typical agricultural products at home and abroad.In addition,it has improved four online marketing development models: brand + we media,self-built e-commerce platform,live broadcast and film and television advertising,and time-limited group purchase + distribution.Finally,in order to help SK Company solve the problems of the online marketing mode of agricultural products,this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems by strengthening the construction of online marketing talent team,improving the online marketing logistics system,improving the online marketing service content system,and improving the online marketing assessment and incentive mechanism of the enterprise itself.This paper explores the deficiency of SK Company’s agricultural products online marketing model,and makes corresponding development and improvement.Although there are brand + we-media,film and television advertising online marketing model innovation content,there are still insufficient data and other deficiencies.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the product online marketing model of the same type of agricultural products companies.
