The financial disintermediation and the digital development mode of commercial information make the market competition between commercial banks increasingly fierce.In this context,the commercial inter-bank business based on diversified cooperation and interoperability has gradually developed and achieved remarkable results.Whether it is inter-bank fund clearing,inter-bank deposit,bond investment,inter-bank lending,foreign exchange trading,derivatives transaction or customer capital transaction,inter-bank asset trading repurchase,bill transfer discount,etc.,the major banks are constantly realizing mutual financing expansion.However,due to the limited market stock and customer demand,the competition among various inter-bank businesses has become increasingly fierce,especially the customer instability since the outbreak of the epidemic.It has become a very important content to further build a perfect inter-bank business competition strategy in a reasonable way.Based on the reasonable use of questionnaire,case analysis,literature review and other research methods,this study uses PEST model,Porter’s five forces model,SWOT analysis,and QSPM matrix to analyze and elaborate the macro key,industry environment,and market environment of inter-bank business of XX Bank Jinan Branch.Using EFE matrix to quantify the external environment of inter-bank business of XX Bank Jinan Branch,the opportunities and threats faced by XX Bank Jinan Branch are greater than the threats;From the perspective of enterprise resources and enterprise capabilities,this paper analyzes the internal environment of Jinan Branch of XX Bank in detail,clarifies its internal strengths and weaknesses,and uses IFE matrix to quantify the strengths and weaknesses of Jinan Branch of XX Bank.The strengths are stronger than the weaknesses;Through the combination of opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages in SWOT matrix,we formulated the inter-bank business competition strategy of Jinan Branch of XX Bank;With the help of QSPM matrix,alternative strategies are selected and finally product differentiation is determined;Service differentiation;The "differentiated competition strategy" with technology differentiation as its core content is adapted to the inter-bank business of Jinan Branch of XX Bank.In order to ensure the implementation of the competitive strategy,this paper puts forward the systematic safeguard measures,from the capital,resources,technology and other aspects.The research of this paper has certain practical significance for improving the market competitiveness level of the inter-bank business of XX Bank Jinan Branch and enhancing the guidance of the macro strategy.
