After the reform and opening up,China’s economic has made great progress.Great economic progress makes opportunities and competition coexistent,while the competition of commercial banks is ultimately the competition of talents.With the talent competition between Banks,the current salary incentive mechanism of Bank of China A Branch has been unable to play incentive effect.This paper proposes some salary incentive strategies to improve the salary incentive effect and to absorb and retain talents.It can promote the development of A branch,and enhance the overall competitiveness of A branch.This paper studies the compensation incentive effect and promotion strategy of Bank of China A Branch.This paper has successively used the literature research method,the comparative method and the questionnaire method.Literature research method is used to collect and sort out the research results of salary incentive theory of experts and scholars at home and abroad,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Comparative method is used to find differences,which intuitively reflects that the salary level of A branch is low and there is no competitive advantage compared with the same industry.Questionnaire survey method is used to evaluate the compensation incentive effect of A branch,analyze and summarize the satisfaction degree of employees with the existing compensation incentive mechanism,so as to accurately find the existing problems of compensation,performance appraisal,promotion channels and other aspects of the existing compensation incentive of A branch.Based on the problems found,in this paper,compensation incentive effect improvement strategies are proposed for A Branch,including performance and compensation level linking strategy,marketing ability and compensation level linking strategy,floating compensation level positioning strategy,long-term compensation incentive system strategy,and growth compensation strategy.Every part of the compensation incentive has been optimized accordingly.It has strong pertinence and applicability.It is expected that the compensation incentive effect promotion strategy can give full play to its maximum value,and help A Branch retain talents and realize the sustainable development of A Branch.Finally,this paper expounds the guarantee measures needed to implement the compensation incentive effect improvement strategy of Bank of China A Branch from three aspects of organization,culture and system,so as to ensure the normal implementation of compensation incentive strategy.The research of this paper enriched the compensation incentive theory of human resources to a certain extent,and also had guiding significance for the compensation optimization of other similar state-owned commercial banks.
