Research On The Application Of Harvard Analysis Framework In T Food Production Company

With the acceleration of the pace of life and the infiltration of Western eating habit,Baked goods are gradually emerging in the breakfast market and becoming a kind of main food.Driven by the dual demand of baked goods for meals and snack,the market scale of baking industry will be expanded.With the improvement of living standards recent years,the requirements for baked goods are not only satiety,but also delicious and healthy.Baked goods are developed into nutritious,healthy and delicious food.T company,a famous baked goods production company,ranks high among all the baked goods production companies in China.This thesis applying Harvard analysis framework analyses T company from strategy,accounting,finance and prospect.It analyses baking industry and T company applying PEST,Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT from macrography and microcosmic.This thesis chooses the financial data of T company from 2017 to 2019,analyzing its accounting by studying its published financial statement.It uses contrastive analysis choosing Yuanzu company as comparison for their production and operation are very similar.Compare the financial data of these two companies in recent five years to evaluate the solvency,profitability,operation capability and growth ability of T company.Finally,analyse prospect of baking industry and T company.It is found that T company has four problems.Firstly,R&D and innovation of T company is insufficient.Secondly,the receivable account management ability of T company is weak.Thirdly,there are still some financial problems of T company.Finally,the market is not fully expanded.There are five suggestions for T company’s problem.First one is implementing innovation strategic to improve product diversity.Second one is improving the receivable account management ability.Third one is using financial leverage to improve the efficiency of fund utilization.Forth one is increasing operating income to improve profits.Fifth one is expanding market to increase market share.These suggestions will not only promote the long-term development of T company,but also bring continuous progress for baking industry.
