Financial Statement Analysis Of LD Internet Of Things Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

The analysis of financial statements is of great significance for studying the past and judging the future of the company.The existing financial statement analysis system in China is to analyze the business situation and the problem of enterprise development,which combines the financial situation of a specific period of time and the internal and external factors of the environment.This analysis lacks scientific theoretical support and often leads to the deviation or error of the management decision.The "Harvard Analysis Framework" put forward by Harvard University Professor Peppy Hailey and Bernard in the book "Utilizing Financial Statements for Enterprise Analysis and Evaluation" has effectively solved the problem that corporate managers are concerned with enterprises.The integration of development strategy and financial statement analysis.Formed a comprehensive reflection of the development of corporate financial management and analysis system.This article takes the LD Internet of Things company as a case study.Using the Harvard analysis framework theory,it identifies the financial results of its accounting period,such as operating results,cash flow,and related assets and liabilities,as well as the business environment in which the company is located.In the future,the market will be strategically positioned to develop a long-term development plan that meets the characteristics of the company itself.Based on the literature review,this research is based on the 4-annual report of-2016 in LD 2013,which is the main source of data.Through the combination of analysis and normative analysis of financial research,which,from a strategic height,accounting,finance,strategy,prospect of LD company was analyzed for LD networking the company's business strategy and optimization suggestions.This article uses Potter five force model analysis method to make an in-depth analysis of the strategy of the LD Internet of things company,especially using SWOT analysis method to analyze its advantages and disadvantages,and finally to formulate a strategic decision plan suitable for the healthy development of the enterprise.Accounting analysis is the core foundation of the enterprise development.By comparing the relevant accounting policies of the main accounting subjects with the competitive enterprises,it is necessary to determine whether the application of the accounting policy is appropriate,and whether the accounting data information is true and reliable,and to provide the quality guarantee for the follow-up financial analysis of the enterprise.At the level of financial analysis,this paper makes a longitudinal and horizontal analysis of the solvency,operating ability,profitability,growth capacity and cash flow of the LD Internet of things company and makes a comprehensive assessment of the financial status of the enterprise.At the prospective analysis level,combining the development prospects of the Internet of Things industry and the LD Internet of Things company's strategic forecast,we will analyze the risks that LD Internet of Things will face in the future.Finally,the above analysis results are combined to provide reasonable solutions for the development of the company.It is recommended that LD Internet of Things make timely adjustments from the aspects of strengthening internal management,introducing professional managers,adjusting the capital structure,and strengthening cost control.It also hopes to speed up the development of similar enterprises in China.Healthy development finds a way to grow.
