Research On The Impact Of FX Pharmaceutical Company’s Social Responsibility Performance On Financial Performance

In recent years,incidents of lack of corporate social responsibility have emerged one after another.In this context,how to fulfill social responsibilities and ensure the improvement of corporate performance has gradually become a research hotspot.In the past few years when problems have occurred frequently in the pharmaceutical industry,the problem of how to call on enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities needs to be solved urgently.This paper takes FX pharmaceutical company as the research object,studies the impact of corporate social responsibility on financial performance,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The article mainly adopts the research method of case analysis.In the theoretical part,by reading a large number of literatures on the relationship between CSR and financial performance,this paper appropriately summarizes the important literature on the relationship between CSR and corporate performance.Concepts are defined,the theories used in this paper:The social level theory and stakeholder theory are summarized,and then the mechanism of the pharmaceutical industry’s fulfillment of social responsibility and financial performance is analyzed.In the case part,based on the availability of research data and referring to Hexun.com’s corporate social responsibility financial evaluation system,this paper analyzes FX pharmaceutical companies that have performed well in social responsibility in the pharmaceutical industry.-Use 2020 data as research sample.First,it analyzes the operation and social responsibility performance of Fuzhou Pharmaceutical in recent years.According to the stakeholder theory,the financial indicators are used to explore the impact of Fuzhou Pharmaceutical’s fulfillment of social responsibility on its financial performance and its impact path.Analysis and trend analysis,from the perspective of time and industry,to explore the relationship between FXCM Pharma’s social responsibility performance and financial performance.Secondly,it summarizes the problems existing in Fuzhou Pharmaceutical’s fulfillment of social responsibility,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for these problems.Through the case study,the results show that there is a positive correlation between the social responsibility performance of FX pharmaceutical company and the financial performance,the better the social responsibility performance,the higher the financial performance,the better the shareholder responsibility performance,and the higher the financial performance.
