| In this paper,the decision models of information sharing between bilateral platforms and service providers on market demand based on information asymmetry,between bilateral platforms and consumers on product quality based on user risk avoidance,and between bilateral platforms and bilateral users on information sharing based on partial multi-homing of users are constructed respectively for the operation strategies of bilateral platforms.The optimal solutions of the models were obtained through model analysis,and sensitivity analysis was performed on the models.The details of the study and the main findings are as follows.Firstly,based on information asymmetry,investigate the decision problem of information sharing between bilateral platform and service-oriented supplier concerning market demand.By constructing a Stackelberg game model consisting of a bilateral platform and a service-oriented supplier,to investigate the information sharing decision between the bilateral platform and the service-oriented supplier.In this system,the two parties have different market demand information,and based on the two decisions of no information sharing and information sharing,the optimal solutions of the model are given to obtain the optimal service price and the optimal expected profit of the supply chain members.Further,by comparing and analyzing the optimal benefits of bilateral platform and service-oriented supplier,the impact of different market demand information accuracy on the information sharing decision of supply chain members is obtained.Numerical experiments are conducted to analyze the factors influencing the decision and profit of supply chain members.Secondly,based on consumers’ risk aversion,to investigate the effect of bilateral platforms on consumers’ decision making regarding product quality information sharing.Considering the uncertainty of users’ perception of product quality,constructing a Hotelling model consisting of two competing bilateral platforms,to investigate the impact of users’ risk aversion on the decision of information sharing between the bilateral platforms.Based on the two decisions of no information sharing and information sharing,the optimal solution of the model is given,and the optimal service price and the optimal expected profit of the bilateral platforms are obtained.Further,by comparing and analyzing the optimal benefits of the bilateral platforms,the influence of users’ risk aversion and the accuracy of product quality information on the information sharing decision of the bilateral platforms is obtained.Numerical experiments are conducted to analyze the factors influencing the decision and profit of the bilateral platform.Finally,based on partial multi-homing of users,to investigate the decision of bilateral platforms on bilateral users’ information sharing.Considering the information sensitivity and trust of bilateral users,constructing a Hotelling model consisting of two competing bilateral platforms,to investigate the influence of users’ multi-homing behavior on the information sharing decision of bilateral platforms.Based on the two information sharing decisions,the optimal solution of the model is given to obtain the optimal service price and the optimal expected profit of the bilateral platforms.Further,by comparing and analyzing the optimal benefits of the bilateral platforms,the influence of users’ information sensitivity and trust level on the information sharing decision of the bilateral platforms is obtained when users have multi-attribution behaviors.The numerical experiments analyze the factors that affect the decision and profit of the bilateral platforms.This research analyzes the impact of information sharing decision on the operation strategy of bilateral platforms.By modeling the impact of information asymmetry,consumer risk aversion and partial multi-homing of users on the profitability and decision making of platforms,this study provides a scientific basis for decision making of bilateral platforms when they face complex information sharing problems in the context of information asymmetry,which has important theoretical and practical significance. |
